Forged by Masters of the Craft
Black Sails was created by Paul Taylor-Clinch and Andrew Scammell, who between them share over 40 years of barbering experience.
Paul and Andrew first worked together at Andrew's award-winning Scammells Barber Shop in Bristol. Paul then spent two years at the world-famous Schorem Barbers in Rotterdam, showcasing his skills on stages and at fashion shows across Europe.
He also worked behind the scenes at Granada Studios on the period drama Peaky Blinders. When not at Black Sails, Paul is an international educator, teaching barbers around the world.
